Andrea is a whale biologist from Guerrero, Mexico. Motivated by a deep connection to the ocean and concern for its declining health, she set out to raise awareness within her community.

Over the past decade, she has worked closely with local fishermen and schoolchildren, helping them re-engage with the marine environment. Through education and collaboration, Andrea has contributed to improved fishing practices and greater care for the marine species that inhabit the region’s coastal waters.
